APP User Agreement

1.1 Welcome to the DramitaMAX mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the APP"). Before using this APP, please carefully read and fully understand this "APP User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

1.2 By downloading, installing, registering, or using this APP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use the APP.

1.3 DramitaMAX reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement based on business development needs. The modified agreement will take effect immediately upon publication, and your continued use of the APP will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.

2.1 DramitaMAX is a short drama content-focused mobile application platform that provides users with high-quality short drama viewing, bookmarking, sharing, and other services.

2.2 The main features provided by this APP include but are not limited to:

• Short drama content browsing and playback
• Drama bookmarking and viewing history
• Content sharing and social interaction
• Personalized recommendation services
• Premium membership services
• Offline caching functionality

2.3 You understand and agree that some features of this APP may require payment, and specific fee standards shall be subject to page display.

2.4 AI-Powered Short Drama Features

Our APP incorporates cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology to enhance your short drama experience:

• AI Content Creation: Intelligent script generation, scene optimization, and visual effect enhancement powered by advanced AI algorithms
• Smart Recommendations: Personalized short drama suggestions based on your viewing preferences and behavior patterns analyzed by machine learning models

2.5 AI Feature Usage Terms

By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree:

• AI-generated content ownership belongs to DramitaMAX unless otherwise specified
• You may use AI features for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• We continuously improve AI models using aggregated, anonymized usage data
• AI recommendations are algorithmic predictions and may not always be accurate
• Certain AI features may require additional permissions or premium subscriptions

3.1 You need to register as a user of this APP through your phone number, third-party platform account, or other methods. You warrant that the registration information is true, accurate, and complete.

3.2 Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, or provided to others in any manner. If you discover that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

3.3 You shall properly safeguard your account password. Any security issues arising from your own negligence shall be borne by you.

3.4 DramitaMAX reserves the right to clean up accounts that have not been used for an extended period and may require you to re-verify your identity when necessary.

4.1 When using this APP, you shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and shall not engage in the following activities:

• Publishing or disseminating illegal or prohibited content
• Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests
• Malicious traffic manipulation, cheating, or interfering with normal platform operations
• Illegally obtaining platform data or user information
• Creating or disseminating viruses or malicious programs
• Other activities that harm the platform or others' interests

4.2 For original content you publish on this APP, you retain the copyright. However, you grant DramitaMAX a free, exclusive usage right worldwide, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, and information network dissemination rights.

4.3 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from this APP.

4.4 AI Feature Usage Guidelines

When using AI-powered features, you specifically agree NOT to:

• Submit prompts containing illegal, harmful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Attempt to manipulate AI systems to generate inappropriate, misleading, or harmful content
• Use AI features to create deepfakes, impersonate others, or spread misinformation
• Extract, scrape, or attempt to access AI model training data, algorithms, or proprietary technology
• Automate interactions with AI features beyond reasonable personal use limits
• Share or distribute AI-generated content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy laws
• Use AI outputs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Engage in activities that could bias, corrupt, or compromise AI model integrity
• Circumvent age restrictions or safety filters on AI-generated interactive content

Violation of these AI usage guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to AI features.

5.1 DramitaMAX provides membership services, and members can enjoy exclusive benefits. Specific details shall be subject to page display.

5.2 Memberships are non-refundable once activated, except in cases where service cannot be provided due to platform reasons.

5.3 Virtual currencies, points, and other virtual items in this APP are for use within this platform only and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred.

5.4 DramitaMAX reserves the right to adjust rules for virtual goods, including issuance quantity and scope of use.

6.1 DramitaMAX values your privacy protection. For information on how we collect, use, and store your personal information, please refer to our "Privacy Policy."

6.2 To provide better service, this APP may request access to your camera, photo album, location, and other permissions. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

6.3 We will not sell your personal information to third parties. However, disclosure may occur in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit authorization
• In accordance with legal requirements or government department requests
• To maintain platform security or user rights and interests

7.1 All intellectual property rights in DramitaMAX and its content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, etc.) belong to DramitaMAX or its rights holders.

7.2 Without written permission, you may not copy, distribute, display, or modify the content of this APP in any form.

7.3 You may only use this APP for personal entertainment purposes and shall not use it for commercial purposes.

7.4 AI-Generated Content Ownership

Regarding content generated or enhanced by our artificial intelligence systems:

• AI Outputs: All content created by our AI systems (including scripts, visuals, character designs, plot suggestions, interactive elements) is owned by DramitaMAX
• User Inputs: You retain ownership of your original prompts and inputs submitted to AI features
• Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Derivative Works: Any modifications or adaptations of AI-generated content remain subject to our intellectual property rights
• Commercial Use: Any commercial exploitation of AI-generated content requires explicit written authorization from DramitaMAX

7.5 AI Technology Protection

Our AI models, algorithms, and training methodologies constitute valuable trade secrets and proprietary technology. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any AI components
• Attempt to extract model weights, training data, or algorithmic logic
• Use our AI technology to develop competing products or services
• Share, sell, or disclose any technical details about our AI systems

8.1 Given the special nature of internet services, DramitaMAX does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted.

8.2 DramitaMAX shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network conditions, communication lines, or other reasons.

8.3 Information, advice, or suggestions obtained through this APP are for reference only and do not constitute any form of commitment or guarantee.

8.4 In case of disputes arising from your use of this APP, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court at the platform's location.

9.1 DramitaMAX reserves the right to adjust or interrupt part or all of the services at any time based on business development needs.

9.2 If you violate this Agreement, DramitaMAX has the right to take measures such as warnings, service suspension, or account banning.

9.3 You may terminate service use at any time by uninstalling this APP.

9.4 After service termination, we will retain necessary information in accordance with legal requirements, and all other data will be deleted or anonymized.

10.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

10.3 Failure or delay by DramitaMAX to exercise its rights under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.

10.4 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the matters stated herein and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
